GOALS & VISION

Ivanhoe Park will be developed within the Ivanhoe Development on the south end of downtown.  The development was abandoned for years with park space deeded to the Manhattan Park District.  With new ownership and several homes already built, the Park District plans for the park development to be completed this year.  With the help of a $234,000 OSLAD Grant from the State of Illinois, the total development will be approximately $470,000.
